The ancient gestures of rural and peasant life resurface in the dancer’s body, to lead him into the depths of his family history, through the memory of the body, which makes us without belonging to us.
Sofian Jouini, Tunisian-born and living in France, is a choreographer, dancer, and actor. Trained in hip hop dance, he has been a guest artist at the Rennes and Brittany CCN since 2019. He is the artistic director of La 37eme Chambre.
