The Artists’ House in Via dei Balestrieri, in the heart of Sansepolcro, has been entrusted to the management of the CapoTrave/Kilowatt Association.
The house, owned by the municipality, was renovated thanks to the contribution of the Fondazione CR Firenze, the Region of Tuscany, and the CapoTrave/Kilowatt, Laboratori Permanenti and effetto K Associations, and offers 13 beds.
It is a place that lives in the urban fabric and is nourished by the exchange with the community, to offer artists in residence at the Teatro alla Misericordia the time and breath of thought and artistic creation.
An operation of urban regeneration and once again an opportunity for the city of Sansepolcro to meet and dialogue with Italian and European artists from the world of theatre, dance and music.
