DIGITAL PERFORMING ARTS: TOOLS AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR THOSE WHO WORK IN CULTURE
THE SUMMER SCHOOL
How is the digital transition affecting creative processes, cultural organisations and the relationship with audiences? What skills, tools and strategies are needed to design and realise digital projects in the performing arts? And how can emerging technologies such as the Metaverse and Artificial Intelligence contribute to this?
The CapoTrave/Kilowatt Association – creator, together with Armunia, of the Digital Residencies Project – proposes a free intensive training course addressed to artists and professionals in the cultural and performing arts sector, with the aim of providing concrete tools to face and follow the digital transition.
The 2025 Summer School is developed in the framework of Digital On Stage, a European cooperation project funded by the Creative Europe programme for 2024-2027 period, of which CapoTrave/Kilowatt is a partner. The project aims to promote the development of digital performing arts through training and capacity building activities addressed to professionals of the sector.
