Choreographic movement and tv reports come together to explore the link between athletic gesture and storytelling. Once taken out of context, sports commentary reveals itself to be comical, tragic and sometimes touching, bringing to light a range of issues such as sexism, racism, homophobia, misogyny, and nationalism.
French actress, choreographer and dancer Marine Colard studied theatre and dance at prestigious schools including the School for New Dance Development in Amsterdam. She has collaborated with leading choreographers such as Maxence Rey and Frank Micheletti, among others. In 2017 she founded Petite Foule Production, creating shows that interweave movement and storytelling.
