A physical and vocal ritual where the body becomes an instrument of resistance and belonging. Inspired by the ancient Roman mosaics of Villa del Casale in Piazza Armerina, a great Sicilian residence from the 4th century A.D., movement becomes alliance, transforming space into a forcefield of connection.
Throughout her career dancer / choreographer from Bologna Simona Bertozzi has presented her works in international contexts such as Romaeuropa (2021), Biennale Danza in Venice and Torinodanza (2019). From 2018 to 2020 she was associate choreographer of MilanOltre and in 2022 she co-directed the zero edition of the Plantings on Pluto Festival in Crevalcore (BO).
