A dialogue on human mortality between the body of the performer and the figure of the puppet, which becomes a surface to write on. Dance turns into a place of exploration and transformation.
Amalia Franco’s research focuses on the contamination between dance and hybrid puppets and expressive masks which she creates herself. She is a performer for the Barca dei Matti company and the Teatro del Lavoro.
