Cacao is an instrumental duo, born in Ravenna in 2013, formed by Diego Pasini on bass and Matteo Pozzi on guitar – both former members of the band Actionmen. Their sound is an unusual mix of the obsessiveness of kraut-rock and techno beats, the bluesy aura of guitars, Afro colours, and the glitter of ’80s pop.
