Viaggiare sicuri nella scena digitale

How does the digital transition influence creative processes, organisations and audiences? What strategies, skills and tools are needed to develop digital performing arts projects? What is the contribution of the Metaverse and Artificial Intelligence?

The e-book “Viaggiare sicuri nella scena digitale – Tools for Artists, Curators, and Audiences”, curated by Lucia Franchi and Luca Ricci—available as a digital copy via this link and as a print copy on Amazon—originates from the digital training project developed from the public notice “Capacity building for cultural operators to manage the digital transition – TOCC”, funded by the European Union – Next Generation EU.

The training program, aimed at artists and cultural and performing arts professionals, included: 5 Zoom webinars and an in-person Summer School during Kilowatt Festival 2024, in addition to the online service “L’esperto risponde” (The Expert Answers).

Participants in the webinars, the Summer School, and contributors to the e-book included: Simone Arcagni (University of Palermo), Massimo Bergamasco and Marcello Carrozzino (Institute of Mechanical Intelligence, Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna), Mara Oscar Cassiani (Digital Artist and Performer), Daniela Cotimbo (Art Curator, Re:humanism), Laura Gemini and Stefano Brilli (University of Urbino Carlo Bo), Kamilia Kard (Digital Artist), Federica Patti (University of Turin), Antonio Pizzo (University of Turin), Martin Romeo (Visual Artist), Filippo Rosati and Davide Marcianesi (Artificial Humanism).
