Inspired by Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, this work reimagines the iconic character of Violet Beauregarde as a man, dragging it into a spiral of excess and downfall. Through gesture, voice, and movement, the body distorts in a ruthless, tragicomic universe.
Vittorio Porcelli, born in 2003, trained with Equilibrio Dinamico and Ballet Junior de Genève before performing for Marina Abramović at the Albertina Modern in Vienna. He took part in the national tour of Roberta Ferrara’s Young Hearts Run Free, which culminated at the Venice Biennale; in 2024–2025, he created the solos Whimsy Flimsy and Violetto Bellosguardo.
