From the abuse she suffered as a child to the murder that sealed her fate, Lisa Montgomery’s story unfolds in a rhapsodic stream of memories and visions, suspended in a final silence preceding her farewell.

Fabio Pisano (1986) has collaborated with playwrights such as Mark Ravenhill and Martin Crimp; his plays have received prestigious awards, including the 2022 ANCT Award and the 2024 Ugo Betti Award. He writes for film as well as for theatre. Mariangela Granelli is a two-time winner of the ANCT Best Actress Award (2007 and 2020) and two time Ubu Awards finalist (2012 and 2013): a leading figure in Italian theatre. She has worked with Luca Ronconi, Valerio Binasco, and Serena Sinigaglia, as well as with Emanuele Crialese and Matteo Rovere in film and tv.
