Inspired by the U.S. vice president’s memoir, this play is a journey into the private history of a family, and the collective history of a forgotten province – ‘a place to fly over but not to visit’, as people on both American coasts describe it – marked by anger, loneliness, and broken promises.

Evoè!Teatro, founded in Rovereto (Trentino) in 2011, is committed to the new languages of contemporary theatre and living playwrights, with a constant focus on the directions of the present. In 2025, they won the Attivati – Call for Activism competition in Pordenone with the play Fuck me(n).
