The power of the rich has always rested on the exploitation of the poor: but at least in Mesopotamia and ancient Egypt every once in a while they held a jubilee wiping clean everybody’s debts. Here, in our country, today, the only way to make a point seems to be by kidnapping the wife of an important public figure, and her Latvian housekeeper.
CapoTrave, founded by Lucia Franchi and Luca Ricci, is a theatre company based in Sansepolcro (AR), and host of Kilowatt. They have produced 14 shows based on their own original plays, the most recent getting a nomination for the 2024 Ubu Awards. It has been 9 years since they last presented a project at the festival.
