Two performers in a process of constant transformation strip off their
habits and references so that they can open up to unexpected forms.
Through dance and live music, they build a physical dialogue made of
harmonies, shifts, and shared energy: a cycle that revives the desire to
create and expose.
Simon Le Borgne – after a career with the Paris Opera Ballet – joined the Tanztheater Wuppertal directed by Boris Charmatz, all while continuing the development of his own works, including Ad Libitum. Ulysse Zang is a French artist trained at the École de Danse de l’Opéra de Paris and the Palucca Hochschule für Tanz in Dresden; he collaborates with the Dresden Frankfurt Dance Company and with several international choreographers and directors including Benjamin Millepied and Ersan Mondtag.
