Basic techniques and tools of scene work will be introduced, and we will engage in exercises, stage games and improvisations, both individual and group. The course includes one meeting per week, every Tuesday, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. (info firstname.lastname@example.org).
The course for adults aged 15 to 80, addresses various disciplines such as, directing, dramaturgy, actor work, physical theater, musicals, holistic theater, and singing. Two trimesters (September-January, February-June), each including 4 modules of 4 classes of 3 hours each. During the four-quarter term, the 4 modules will be intertwined so that students can work with a different teacher and on the relevant module. Classes will be held on Thursdays from 7:30 to 10:30 pm. At the end of the four-quarter terms, there will be returns open to the public, in February and June.
