Daniel Hellmann is an artist and an ex-gigolo. In his performance he reports on his experience in pursuing that activity. A five-years documentary work, “Traumboy” investigates his customers’ oddities and fragilities, while his body is used as a screen to project their fears, fantasies and contradictions.

Daniel Hellmann (1985) works in Swiss, Belgium and Germany on varied projects, including music, dance/theater, and interactive performances. His work ranges from human and sexual relationships to human and animal rights. He won the Swiss Playwrights Society Award, and toured in theaters and festivals in Swiss, France, Germany, Belgium, Netherland, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom and USA.
